stop motion animation + album branding

ingress:passage was an instrumental album released in 2019. For this project, I directed the photography, designed the album layout and branding, and created the social media materials. Additionally, for the music video here, I was co-director and created the stop motion animation.

The intent behind the music was to amplify small sounds and take things out of their original context. Using this as inspiration in the album’s design, I altered the orientation of the people in the photos, shifting perspectives, and blending the planes of reality.
