a group action of the Inside Out Project by JR
This group action of the Inside Out Project by street artist JR weaves together 1,255 portraits to create a tapestry of faces. Covering ten buildings and over 12,000 square feet, it celebrates, recognizes, and honors the core of Augsburg University: its people. Each of the individuals—students, faculty, alumni, and staff—are present together.
As assistant creative director, I helped choose installation locations, organized and directed portrait collections at numerous campus events, prepared files for print, performed press checks, and worked with installers.
Additionally, I staged and created the photographs of the installation seen here.
